Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about BURNR.FIT.
Is BURNR.FIT free?
Yes. The core AI planner, daily adaptation, templates, and progress tracking are free. We may add optional paid features in the future but the core will remain free.
Do I need to log in to browse?
No. You can browse the exercise library, workout templates, and blog without an account. You only need an account to save a plan, track check-ins, and use the AI generator.
How does the AI pick exercises?
The AI uses your fitness profile (goal, experience, equipment, minutes per session, days per week), your injuries/preferences, and — after the first week — your completed workouts and check-in history to adapt the plan each day.
Can I edit the generated plan?
Yes. The plan is a spreadsheet. Click any cell to edit exercises, sets, reps, intensity, or notes. Nothing is locked.
What's the "check-in" thing?
Before each training day, you do a 30-second check-in: energy level (1–5), available time, and any pain flags. The plan adapts the day's workout to match — lowering volume when you're tired, swapping exercises when something hurts, dropping accessory lifts when you're short on time.
Can I import plans from elsewhere?
You can paste workout notes, plans from other apps, or YouTube video transcripts into the import tool, and the AI will structure them into a BURNR.FIT plan.
Where is my data stored?
In our Postgres database on AWS (US region). We do not sell your data. You can export or delete it from your account settings at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full story.
Is this medical advice?
No. BURNR.FIT is not a medical service. See the Terms of Service — always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program.
