The problem with most training plans

Most workout plans are rigid. You get a PDF, a spreadsheet, or an app full of fixed weekly programs. Then real life happens — you sleep badly, the gym is packed, your back tweaks, you only have 20 minutes. Suddenly the plan doesn't fit, and you either push through something that isn't right or skip the day entirely.

BURNR.FIT is built on a different idea: the best workout plan is the one you'll actually follow.

How it works

Tell us your goal, experience level, available equipment, and schedule. Our AI generates a complete 7-day plan — with exercises, sets, reps, intensity, rest, and notes — tailored to you. Every day before you train, you do a 30-second check-in (energy, time, any pain). The plan adapts automatically:

  • Low energy? Volume drops.
  • Short on time? It prioritizes the essentials.
  • Bad knees today? Exercises are swapped for safer alternatives.
