Account

• Forgot your password? Use the password reset page.
• Haven't received your verification email? Check spam, then request a resend from the verify-email page.
• Want to delete your account? Go to Settings → Delete account once logged in.

Workout plans

• Plan doesn't match my equipment. Re-run the generator with updated equipment selections from onboarding.
• Exercise I can't do. Click the cell and use "Substitute" to get an AI-generated alternative.
• Want to start over? Create a new plan from Plans → New plan.
